PRICING

Base price includes your design consultation, personalized greeting, delivery, setup and pickup. An additional delivery fee may apply if you are more than 15 miles outside of 75229. Sales Tax will be included on all invoices unless you are 501c. You will have to provide the 501c in order for us to honor tax exemption.

Base Price - $100 (Additional services areas may be available with a travel up charge)

Major Holidays - +$30

Add-Ons/Additional Phrase - $20+

Custom Orders - $100+ (Depends on how BIG you want to make your statement)

 

A $30.00 re-delivery fee will apply if we are requested to return due to:

- Incorrect Address

- Recipient asks us to return and remove it

- We are denied access

- Animals prevent us from installation

 

Please do not remove or move any signs, including our advertising sign. A $50.00 fee will be imposed for any movement or misrepresentation of our artwork while in your yard.

** If any negligent damage occurs (dogs, mowing, string trimmers, moving, etc) you will be invoiced for replacement of damaged inventory.

 

PAYMENTS

Payment is required at the time of your booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation/date. Once you submit your order we will confirm availability and contact you within 24 hours to confirm details and availability. If for any reason, you booked us and we are unable to service your request, we will provide a refund. If the request is for same day please call us at 972-777-5776.

Payment Methods - PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Venmo. We also accept check payments if payment is received and clears prior to delivery. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still receive and pay an invoice.

DELIVERY / SETUP

Yard Cards are typically delivered and set up after 8pm the evening before your event date and removed after sunset on the day of your event. Yard Cards may be delivered up until sunrise on the morning of your event in-case we run into unexpected delays with another install or inclement weather. Delivery may be pushed back until the morning if we can wait out a storm and not have to cancel. Schools will typically be setup on the morning of the event and taken down after school releases. Times for any delivery may be adjusted upon request and availability. Specific time requests will try to be accommodated but are not guaranteed. If this is a surprise gift, make sure to let homeowners or someone home know we will be setting up in their yard. 

Yard Maintenance - We ask that you water and mow your lawn prior to our arrival to allow for a quick installation with Texas soil. Please turn off your sprinklers if automatic and don't mow or trim on the day your greeting is displayed in your lawn. 

Weather Policy - In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays.  Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, rain, snow, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way. We will first attempt to reschedule, if that is not possible you will be given a full refund. 

Rush Orders - We want to meet your yard card needs. Same day deliveries will be based on availability and will be charged a minimum of $30 rush fee. If we are unable to meet the needs of your order, you will be provided a full refund. Please call us at 972-777-5776 for same day requests.

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your order you can elect to receive a full refund if canceled within 48 hours of service date. If you need to cancel within 24 hours before your event, you can choose to receive a 50% refund, or you may leave the amount as a credit for a future booking date. If you book your display for a second day and decided to cancel past your 48-hour mark, you will not receive a refund for your 2nd day payment. No refunds for custom orders. Please call us if you must cancel so we can try to work with you.

Refunds will NOT be given based on the following:

- If homeowner or business requests signs be removed.

- If wrong address is provided while booking.

- If we are denied access to a gated community.

- If any animals prevent the display from being set up.

- Any circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control. ​

YARD CARD RENTAL POLICIES

Yard cards are fun in nature and meant add to your occasion. We will not do any greetings that contain lewd, disrespectful language that are not positive in nature. 

- You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items. Missing items can cost between $10-$50/each to replace.

- If your recipient lives in an HOA, you are responsible to get approval first before we card their yard. If HOA has any issues after we put the sign out, we will come remove the sign but no refund will be given. 

- For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display.  Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it.  Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.

- We do ask that you take pride in your lawn display, and treat it with respect. Please do not move the items.

- Please do not throw lawn display items in the garbage, or vandalize our signs.  Even if you do notlike the display gift given to you, these items ARE our property and business.  It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.

- Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc.  Contact with string trimmers may cause damage as well.

- Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display.  Balloons get hot in the sun.  If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged.

- If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up.

- We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration.  However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground.

- Please do not remove the Pinky’s Yard Cards Marketing Sign that is alongside your greeting.

- Pinky’s Yard Card and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

 

PYC AND ALL REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR BY THE PLACEMENT OF OUR SIGNS.
