HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? 

Our rentals start with a base price of $100 + sales tax. Delivery fees may apply for an up charge if you are not in our current service area. Check out our Packages page for pricing and options. 


DO I GET TO KEEP THE SIGNS? 

No, Pinky’s Yard Cards is a rental service for a specified period of time. We promise that it is way more fun to have someone design, style, set-up and remove the yard card display for you. 


DO YOU TAKE LAST MINUTE ORDER? 

We sure do! If we have the availability and inventory, we can accept orders for next day delivery for an additional fee of $30. 


HOW LONG WILL THE YARD CARDS STAY IN MY YARD? 

Yard cards are set up the evening before or morning of the reservation date so that they can be enjoyed throughout the daytime hours. They are picked up on the evening of the reservation date. We do offer additional days depending on sign availability. 


HOW DOES IT WORK? 

Pinky’s Yard Cards makes it super simple and we take care of everything for you! Your yard card includes a personalized message, delivery, set-up & pickup for one day-time use.After placing your order, we will contact you within 24 hours so that we can confirm your details. If you contact us outside of standard business hours or on a major holiday, please anticipate a delayed response while waiting for our reply. 


WHEN DO YOU DELIVER? 

Yard Cards are typically delivered and set up after 8pm the evening before your event date and removed after sunset on the day of your event. Yard Cards may be delivered up until the morning of your event. This may be decided due to scheduling, logistics, unexpected delays with another install or inclement weather. Delivery may be pushed back until the morning if we can wait out a storm and not have to cancel. Schools will typically be setup on the morning of the event and picked up after school releases. 


All rentals are for one day-time use. (Rental time could vary depending on setup/pick up time, inclement weather or any other acts of God that are beyond our control.) 


Times for any delivery may be adjusted upon request and availability. Specific time requests will try to be accommodated but are not guaranteed. If this is a surprise gift, make sure to let homeowners or someone know we will be setting up in their yard. 


If the card is a gift, make sure to let the homeowners know we will be setting up to avoid issues. 


WHERE DO YOU DELIVER? 

If you are within 15 miles of 75229, we can deliver with NO Delivery Fee. We can service most of DFW but, an additional delivery fee of $20-$50 may apply depending on delivery location.*Do not hesitate to ask if we can service your area. 


CAN I TAKE DOWN THE SIGNS MYSELF? 

No, this must be left to The PYC Team only. Our signs are set up and taken down in a specific way to avoid damage to the signs and ensure you receive the best possible experience. Should you want your sign removed early, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. 


CAN WE RENT THE SIGN FOR MORE THAN ONE DAY? 

Absolutely, we are always willing to work to meet the needs of our clients and their special event. Additional days will start out at $60/day based on availability of design packages. 


WHAT HAPPENS WITH BAD WEATHER? 

Inclement weather may prevent us from setting up your display. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, snow, high winds or any other Act of God that could put us or our yard card in harm’s way. Though it is not ideal we WILL still setup with rain but, a final decision for setup will be at the sole discretion of our team based on weather conditions and overall safety. If we are unable to setup the evening prior to the event date due to our schedule or inclement weather, then we will try to setup early on the day of the event. If weather still delays our install we will first attempt to reschedule, if that is not possible you will be given a refund.
